CLAIMS

Firearm Liability Claim Filing Process:
You can report a claim or ask a coverage question on the 24 hour Program Hot Line at 888-748-6227.
The hotline will be answered by a live person. If all representatives are busy, please leave a
voicemail and you will receive a return call.

You will need to provide your Policy Number when you call. The policy number is located on Firearm
Liability ID Card that was part of the policy documents. It is suggested that you can keep it in your
wallet so you have all the necessary information to report a claim immediately after an incident or
to ask a coverage question.
